I would like to interrupt this slight drought in unnecessary spam about my computer with the following: YAAAY, UBUNTU IS WORKING IN CORRECT RESOLUTION NOW!! Things aren't blurry and stretched! Finally! (Let's hope this change sticks, otherwise I'll be very sad, because I have no idea why it worked this time and didn't the last fifty times I tried it.)
Yay, my eyes aren't bleeding! And now I'm going to bed so I can get up tomorrow and get to work on my mountain of homework and other writerly obligations. (And keep my fingers crossed about hearing back from potential employers... and possibly people who'll let me sublet. Freaking Chicago.)
