You know, I think if there's one thing I've determined this summer, it's that, when I'm not under any kind of stress and completely without obligations I 1) get absolutely nothing done and 2) am just as irritable and antsy... probably moreso (as certain people who've had to put up with me online can easily verify). I guess this is a positive sign, though, that I'll adjust fairly well to having to work for a living. Provided I don't have, you know, a real job that requires me to... do whatever people with real jobs have to do. Though as long as it doesn't involve telephones or convincing people of things that aren't necessarily true over them (or in person), I think I'd be fine with it, as long as I had time in the evenings to write.
I hate feeling useless.
While were're here, though... here's a random picture of a luna moth that was running incessantly into my kitchen window a few nights ago. After I ran out my camera batteries trying to get my camera to focus on it, I discovered we have a good thirty dead batteries in our battery drawer and absolutely no live ones. Wonderful, eh? Oh, and I have no idea what this moth is, but it's neat-looking... even if it found the dirtiest part of my porch to hang out on.

Good luck with finding a job. I know what you're talking about. x.x I hate when there's nothing that really needs to be done. x.o;
