Ladies and gentlemen, friends, random passers-by... I bring to you the one sign that there are things right and good at the UofC: The 2006 Scav Hunt List. Which is beautiful this year. My only regret right now is that I'm too tired and busy to read the whole thing. And I wish I was on the road trip. Mutant presidents! Following the Mississippi south! Not to mention the Legends of the Hidden Temple item. And the statue to the Hero of Canton that needs to be built (and probably sung to).
My page requires the concoction of an evil plan to block out the sun for an entire city block (or more). That actually works. This is probably what I'll spend my weekend trying to figure out. Anyone have a ton of tarp? And a rocket?

so take over hyde park (that's GOTTA be at least a city block, isn't it??) and COMPLETELY tarp over all the trees. with many tarps. and thus the park will be in darkness! (though, above the trees, the sun will still shine).
man, good luck with that, though. the list is...um...wow.
i've never read one of the lists before.
if there's ANYTHING i can help you with from afar, let me know! :-)

Hyde Park is... lots of blocks. Campus, everything between my dorm and campus. A good chunk of things north, south, and west of campus... blacking that out would be worth a bajillion points. (And would be a wonderful evil plan.) I think our biggest obstacle would be finding enough tarp. That we can afford. The trees would be a good idea if there was a park that we could do that to around here... but the only ones we've got are sort of... large, with open space in the middle. We're working on finding a place with a small block...
Have any Where's Waldo books?
