Woo! (And I am dead)

Happy New Year, everyone! Even people in time zones that haven't quite hit the new year yet. (It's fine over here in 2006... sort of warm, almost fifty! I hope it keeps it up, but I won't worry too much about it.) I'll work on coming up with a resolution tomorrow. It might be to go back in time and make it so I didn't work this winter. That would be good. Because, yeah, I was going to go to a party tonight (for the first time in ever) if I got off work early enough... but of course random people got sent home and others were clinically under five feet and incapable of cleaning a popper, so the two of us left to close by ourselves had to take care of two poppers and the floors and everything else. So we got out late. And we both had headaches from stress or the fumes or general frustration. But at least my headache was mostly gone before midnight! So I had my pork and sauerkraut and sparkling grape juice, and rang in the new year with my parents, as I have every year for twenty years. It's not so bad. Though it's going to be hard to find everyone and see them tomorrow. Rar. Wish me luck. Luck and SUPER POWERS.

There we go... my resolution this year is to have super powers. I'm going to need them.
