I sense a brown coat in my future. I plan on wearing it proudly, whether it's metaphorical or not. I've got this urge to dress up as Kaylee for Halloween. It's a shame my hair's sort of the wrong colour, and not cut right for it. People'd just be confused-ish. (The only reason I'd wear a brown coat would be for the inside jokes. References that look like perfectly normal articles of clothing are best.) It's bad that I have an urge to watch the series over again in French, because of my horrible curiosity as to voice-over and... wow, I wonder how the jokes come off. Craaap I'm going to watch some of this in French now, aren't I?
... it's so weird to be in love with a show with real people in it all of a sudden, you know? And worse than the X-Files was, since I can't decide whether I love Simon or Mal more, or possibly Wash, though he's minor enough for me not to fret over concerning the whole who rocks most thing. I'm in love with the entire cast. (And I guess I'm going to have to accept the fact that, though I never cared much for Buffy, Joss Whedon knows how to write a TV show). At least I think I can keep myself from actually throwing myself into the fandom, though. (They're nuts, from what I know of them. Especially concerning Serenity. Which I can now go see, woo!)
I also need to stop screwing with my icons and get some actual work done. I think I've fiddled with them more in the past week than I have in... forever.I need to get myself more space.
I think I sort of fail at critical reading. I'm having entirely too much trouble picking out a "problem" in the first two chapters of the Origin of Species. I mean, there are problems, and I think he abuses commas a lot more than he needs to, but I can't find any two page paper-type "problems". Gah! Maybe I should finish up the second chapter and... umm... do laundry while I think about it. (Since I'm obviously not getting to the Co-op or the bank today.Heck, I'm still in my pajamas...)
Anyone willing to make up 20 sentences in French about my childhood? I don't care what you write, as long as I don't have to write it myself. Stupid French. It's got to be the most abusive class I've got here. Grr.
I need to stop abusing the strikethrough tag.
