Just in case I didn't make my point clear enough earlier... THE UOFC NETWORK IS EVIL AND STUPID AND I HATE IT.
It's not really that the internet withdrawl is so bad... it's just that I can't even use google to do research now! Nothing! None of it works for more than five seconds. I think this is part of an organized attack lead by the evil NSIT people to reward everyone who uses Macs even though Macs aren't any fun. Of course, I'm sure you can judge by where I go to school that my definition of "fun" is a bit off compared to other people's. I mean, what good is a computer if you can't mess with it? Suuure, sometimes people can accidentally delete their video drivers and then for some reason they only boot up if you turn them on without being plugged in and then plug them in. It doesn't make sense but it's fun to try to fix. Well, even then it's not. But.. um...it's a rewarding experience. Hehehehe.
So... all my backup plans here to make up for my lack of internet are failing, but I know if I try I'm not going to be able to go to sleep, either. This is so evil! I was going to write another chapter to cheer up the people who keep asking me about this one character, but it's not going to work because he's someplace I need to do research on... and I can't really do that without my friend Google (because, I mean, who has books about 1920s/30s Germany lying around?)
I suppose I could forget about that little chapter for now, and write it in the morning when the network's working like it's supposed to. And in the meantime I can pick up where I left off and actually end the poor thing. Rar!
