Alright... so I sort of should be watching Army of Darkness with everyone before they all go get drunk, but I'm not really in the mood. I took my little nap after playing around on the computer for awhile, then I woke up at 6:30, at which point it was pretty much too late to go to dinner. So I guess I'll just sort of be hungry tonight. Stupid convenience store downstairs not being open on the weekends. How incredibly stupid is that? This is probably the time that they'd do the most business, because people like me are lazy and don't want to leave the dorm.
So, a bit after I got up I was stupid and checked my e-mail... and there were three e-mails in there from various coaches and teammates, telling me that there was an extra seat on the bus to the meet tomorrow, and that I could come. Gosh darn. I didn't know what to do. I mean, I still sort of want to go, but I got the e-mail so late in the day it really wasn't worth going all the way over to Henry Crown to pick up my uniform and such. I can wait until next Saturday to try out my new approach... I just need to wait a bit longer before e-mailing them back so it doesn't look like I got the e-mail early enough that I could've gone to get my uniform. Bah. I'm going to feel really bad about this though, because I always feel guilty about things like this...
So, basically since about 7 I've been sitting around watching the end of Resident Evil with people in here, and then playing Soul Caliber and losing horribly... and now I'm sitting here writing. Typing. Whatever. I don't really care to see Army of Darkness, but I've been so anti-social lately... Maybe after a proper amount of sleep I'll feel better. Tomorrow at least ought to be interesting. And I've got two whole days to recover from track. I can't even begin to imagine how much it's going to wear me down before the end of the quarter. Heh, I'm not really an endurance-type person of any kind...
The phone is rining... I'd better answer it. Crap... track team again. I thought they couldn't find my phone number. Ah well... I suppose now is as good a time as any to figure out what sort of bizarre exuse I'm going to use for not going tomorrow. I feel really bad now... but then again, the only way I could get a uniform would be to borrow someone else's after they were done with their event. And that's just sort of bizarre. Gosh darnit. The messes I get myself into!!
