Because I'm not up for actual fandom, I am going to post this here.
Did no one else notice that the piano player wasn't actually there? I can't tell if it was just so obvious to everyone else that no one has mentioned it, or no one noticed that once Tigh and everyone came over, he was gone and so was everything else he had on the piano. So, apparently Kara has been hallucinating a stand-in for her father. Why? Everyone still thinks her father is Daniel, but I'm steadfast in my belief that there's got to be something more here. My invisible Betting on BSG money says it has something to do with Sam's unusual brain activity in his coma (though why Kara would pick it up, other than her closeness to him, is a mystery to me if she's not a hybrid). At the least, I'm hedging this bet with another that says we've got a lot of info about cylon projection coming up soon. Between the Boomer/Chief thing (GOSHDARNIT, TYROL!), Roslin's realization about Hera, and Kara's invisible father-figure, we've got to be close to an explanation of some sort.
In tangential news, I think BSG has left me with no choice but to learn how to play All Along the Watch Tower on my mandolin when it gets here.
Now... to write e-mails to a bajillion people for references. Agh.
