Between its shockingly poorly-designed repeating and clashing backgrounds and inane news, AOL's homepage never ceases to amuse me. Never. It almost kind of makes up for the fact that my family won't get rid of it, at least when I'm safely far away and on a decent internet connection. I feel like I should have saved the background they had up for the superbowl. Or the inexplicable repeating corn from yesterday. (No... honest. Corn. Dozens of ears or corn, repeating in the background behind blue tables.) And the headlines read like "Lonely? Maybe it's not his fault... maybe it's YOURS". And this one... this one was fun, too.
"Malibu shocker: Birthday girl Aniston was turned down for a party reservation at Nobu. Hasn't the woman been through enough?"
Emo tear. Really, world... how dare you deny Jennifer Aniston sushi? My friends, you thought you had it bad sometimes, didn't you? Next time college is beating the crap out of you, though, just remember what happened to Jennifer Aniston.
