That... That was a project (FMA movie spoilers, beware). Holy crap. I've never had so much trouble writing a character ever. I've probably also never scrapped three versions of a story. And, as far as I'm concerned it's still... not right. Also, I still can't puzzle out half of anyone's motivations in that movie. (The fic was supposed to sort out at least someone's... not sure it even did that, though.) But
sketchyheart assures me it's fine, and as long as I've got someone behind me it's okay... I can go read Othello and fret about all my midterms. And read Cane, and Coming Through Slaugher, and write another 1500 words for my writing class and catch up on my reading for film and...
Er, to keep myself from complaining about how I've somehow gotten myself in way too deep this quarter, I suppose I could talk about... um...the truly horrific fic idea I had on the way to class today, in a fandom I never write, but might make an exception for in this case... Actually, maybe it's best that I just kind of... shut up and find something to do that isn't sitting in front of the computer.
In other news, it's been raining so long today I feel like there's a slight chance Lake Michigan might leap up from its shores and flood the tenth floor or something. Might be interesting. (And I guess it makes up for yesterday being beautiful. Universal balance and all that.)
I was going to complain about a lack of Easter candy, but
jabberwockeyes just got back with chocolate covered strawberries. And insisted they had to be eaten tonight. I think I'll be fine now. Hehehe.

Chocolate covered strawberries?? Lucky!
Oh by the way I think I had a sort of a fight with Peter. >_< Not as funny as last time, though, even though it was not as serious as last time either. It's sad, really, just proved that he and I don't see eye-to-eye on art at all and we argue about it. I'm not even talking about the subject, either. Eh.
Your Hughes story is . . . odd . . .
