So, it appears in my constant lack of contact with even the most important things (music, knowing that Arnold is actually governor of California, and that the Cubs are winning), I have discovered that not only is there a Guster concert here in two weeks, and two-four TMBG concerts this December, but also SNMNMNM and Pinataland (two wonderfully cool bands that few have heard of) have actually gotten their CDs out. I've been waiting a year for these, almost! Actually, probably at least a year, if not more. Mmm, new music. Really, even if you have horrible taste in music there's no way that Pinatland isn't good in the sort of way that makes bands like them underappreciated. Just listen to Ota Benga's Name.. it's too catchy, yet depressing, and historically accurate. I must have these CDs! I must also go to that Guster concert, but between all of this it'll be like 50 dollars. Compared to text books, though... I guess I'll just wait to see if I've got a job yet. Come on, SLCLC, tell me I got the job! Because I didn't bother to apply for anything else, and nothing else good is left. Mmm, techie job. I don't want to have to donate myself to science. The worst part is that I can't order anything right now, because I don't have my debit card yet! Curse it all!
