I'm in a bit of a strange mood this morning, I guess. I blame the sunshine. There's been so much of it this summer that I don't know what to do with it. So pretty out! I'm very close to just grabbing my iPod and laying in the sunshine for a bit, since I'm currently out of books. I should really make a run to the library, but I think I'll run into the same problem I do in CD stores, which is forget what I'm looking for. Though the people in libraries stare at you less if you're just randomly wandering. And random wandering in libraries doesn't cost you anything if you happen to stumble across something very interesting that you must have. Well, it does if you decide that you have to have it, rather than borrow it... tangent there, though.
I should make another list... I'm not sure where I left the list of books I was supposed to read this summer. I also need a list of CDs I still need to get. Lists, lists, lists. (I have lists of things I need to remember for plotlines, too, because I am a dork). I need to start a list of things I want/need before I head back to school. I need (gasp!) vaguely dressy clothes for next year, since I'm going to have to (omg!) do interviews for internships and go to dinners and all sorts of social-type crap that I don't know how to handle yet. I want a digital camera so I can document everything along the way, and make this a proper blog. (Some would say it became a proper blog once it had a picture of a cat in, and Neil Gaiman has rarely led me astray before, but there's probably more to it than that. Like people you don't know actually reading it, hehehe).
I changed at least five icons last night, because I was getting tired of my old ones... and all of a sudden I have icons that other people made. I'm not sure how I feel yet about going away from my homemade icons, but, well, these ones look better. Hehehe. (And Mayama! Hee!) Plus I kept forgetting what the other ones were, and there were a lot of them that I just didn't use much. Maybe I'll change my layout, too. It's probably about time. That's something I should save for a faster connection, though. All right... back to playing random games online, since my sister is too distracted by her new (awesome) TV to take my computer away from me right now.
