Whoa... it's been three days since I've said anything. Oh well. I feel no real obligation to make up for that (mostly because nothing worth talking about is going on). FMA failed to depress me entirely tonight, but I think that's mostly because this was the first full episode I've watched since somewhere around 13. It loses its effect when you do that, I think. I also got to see Hichhiker's tonight, after much mucking about with buses (freaking CTA!!). I dorked it up with my towel, and managed not to complain at all about differences from the book. I think it's mostly the people who've only read the books that complain, because people forget that between the radio shows and the TV show and now the movie the story's had at least three different incarnations - all in different order, all with things randomly added and subtracted. I said that I'd be happy as long as the original theme was there, and it was, in all its glory. So I am happy, and I will probably ramble on this properly tomorrow when I get up and decide to actually do something about missing three days worth of entries. Ah well. G'night, internet!

I wanna go see it too. Even though I hear it's really different and Marvin is kind of weird looking compared to how I imagined him.
