Whoosh! I have basically done nothing today... but I don't mind. Because I've been working and running around all over the place lately. I got up at like, ten this morning, laid around on the couch until probably one or two, at which point my sister got up and we continued to do nothing. I watched her play Suikoden II for a bit (a gift from the Easter Platypus, of course), read some of Dune. Helped my dad fix the couch so it doesn't eat us anymore. Watch some TV, read some more, and outlined a plot for another story I'd like to write. These plots are really starting to kill me now, I've got so many of them just sitting around... I think I'm going to force myself to finish the short little thing I'm writing now tonight, so I can just get it out of the way.
So, now I'm just sitting around here on the computer, hoping for something interesting to happen. Though I'm pretty sure it won't, considering it's almost midnight and nothing interesting has happened all day anyway.
Oh, and my mom ordered my birthday present online today. Yet again, I know exactly what I'm getting. It looks like my DDR pads are getting put off again, but I don't mind too much I guess, since I still lack a TV and the proper stuff to play at school anyway. Instead, I got a digital camera. Which is basically more fun for everyone that knows me online. Plus I'll be able to chronicle the progress of my duct tape Al project. Oh! And my mom offered to get a start on my Hawkeye costume for me, since I won't be able to start it tomorrow and have to work the rest of the week. Of course, she doesn't know exactly how it's supposed to look, but I can make modifications to it if I have to. At least she knows what she's doing with the sewing machine. You should have seen me with the ANBU vest I made last summer, and always getting the thread tangled and stupid stuff like that. Rather amusing, in hindsight. Not fun at the time.
