Well... Not much happened today. I slept in until one, but I figure I sort of deserve that since I only had five hours of sleep the night before. La la la. I meant to get up at ten, though. Oh well, I'll do better tomorrow. I'm probably one of the few people that looks forward to Mondays, but that's because I can't remember the last Monday I had to work.
So.. the weirdest thing that happened to me today was that I got carded at the grocery store. So... what was I buying, you ask? Lighter fluid. Yes my friends, the 4th of July staple and arsonist favourite requires my ID! I had no idea I couldn't buy lighter fluid if I wasn't 18. Heck, maybe it's 16. You can buy gas at 16, and that's also flammable. Do I look that young? Hehehe, oh well, I won't complain about looking younger than I am, it'll be a good thing when I'm older. You know, I tried to look up the actual law today, and there doesn't even appear to be one... so strange.
No work again until next weekend! Wee! Ah, but my paycheck's going to suck so much. I guess I'd better actually start looking seriously for another job this week, or else I'll be totally screwed when it's time for me to head back to school.
So many fireworks... I probably won't get much sleep tonight. Blasted patriotism.
