Yesterday's entry would have been a bit longer, and have explained itself better if certain people hadn't been hovering over my shoulder like vultures and refused to move until it drove me so insane that I went outside and sat in the garden in the rain for an hour. I have a cold now.

Letsee if I can remember most of what I've meant to write over the past three days. I'll start with the dreams, because trying to remember them drives me crazy. I'm sure something will eventually remind me of last night's, but I can't remember it now. Two nights ago I had a dream that... well, the whole thing's a bit fuzzy now, but I remember being in my yard, only it was backwards, and faced this strange road. There was a trellis where all kinds of strange-coloured roses grew, and my dad was proud of them, but didn't like them much and wanted to get rid of them. One of my friends lived down the road with their entire extended family (I can't remember which friend it was right now, or if it was really an actual person). Not much happened in the dream, it was just like a sequence of things. Have you ever had a dream, then completely forgotten about it, and then remembered it sometime later and you can't remember whether you had it a month ago, or just last night? That's a really strange feeling. I think my dream last night had something to do with This Old House.

There are now babydoll I Am Made of Poison shirts. Just this fact brightens my day a whole lot, and I think tomorrow after I deposit my paycheck I will write out a check and send it, so I can make my über-geekiness or somesuch thing very apparent. And so I can confuse people. I just don't know if I want a yellow one, or a black one. I'm leaning towards black. The arrival of that shirt on my doorstep will make me happy indeed, because it will be pretty much the first thing I will have purchased for myself this summer. Hooray!

Yesterday was a rather bipolar day. Work was actually quite fun. It was me, MC, and SS (I'll call all the work people by their initials, because otherwise I'll confuse myself). MC's the nicest to me there (and the newest), and SS is just fun. We had a huge rush for Spy Kids from about 2:00 to 3:00. It was insane... just person after person after person. No one expected it, so of course we almost ran out of popcorn, and the Coke also ran out (I checked it before the set, and it was half-full. Half-full will get you through at least two sets on a normal Sunday, so I left it). So after we slowed down again we got yelled at by our manager ET (hehe... never noticed those initials before). "This is a movie theatre, we don't run out of POPCORN!" Popcorn only pops so fast, and when you have insane mothers buying three tubs at a time, it tends to run out no matter how much you started with. Incidentally, Coke also runs out if you have to make like, 50 large drinks. I almost said "well golly gee (and I would've said golly gee, too), I must've forgotten to hook the nozzle up to our infinite supply of Coke!!" It makes me kind of bitter to get yelled at by girls going to YSU that are only a year or two older than me, and treat me like I'm far far below them and a lower form of intelligence because I wear a maroon and grey uniform instead of a pastel purple pantsuit. After that we concession girls were all kind of giddy and ready to go home. I almost fell over backwards when MC came into the back to get me. I jumped straight up in the air, and knocked over the ice bucket.

I caught myself this time, but I almost told the guy down the street that sells corn to enjoy his show. I did it to the pizza guy last Friday. Anytime money and "thank you" is involved, "enjoy your show" comes to mind. I've been brainwashed!!

My dad had an interview for a job up near Cleveland today, so I went with him to look at laptops again. We're getting a lot closer to buying one, I think. There was a nice Toshiba one that I really want, mostly because it's so much easier to type on than the others. There was a Compaq one that was "roughly equal" to it, but it had the keyboard-of-frustration, and it was almost 1 gHz slower. And the screen was really dull. But my dad has it reserved for us now until tomorrow because it was 300 dollars cheaper. If he buys it, I don't know what I'll do, because it'll take me months to be able to type on it. It's mostly that I hit the wrong keys because they're smaller, and then I miss the backspace key and press more nonsense characters, or the enter key, and it just makes me want to scream. At least MicroCenter actually lets you play around on the computers, instead of constantly running the demo-of-doom that tells you nothing about the computer at all.

Well.. I think I'm actually done rambling now. That was a little shorter than I intended, but that's because I can't remember most of what I wanted to write. I want some celery, but we don't have any.
