Stupid Sting...

Goshdarnit whenever it's sunny out for the first time in a few days I get that stupid Beautiful Day song stuck in my head (I think it's Sting..). Grr, so annoying sometimes. I'm going to try to make this quick so I can get back to work on my Hum paper again. I freaking hate this Hum paper. I have no idea why on earth I can't write it, but I can't. It's like the most intense evil form of writers block ever. And it's not like I can't write anything else... it's extremely specific. You, my friend, can not write this paper. No. And that's it, the writing gods have spoken and I'm still sitting here. Luckily I got an extension until tomorrow afternoon which I plan to make full freaking use of, but who knows what sort of good that will do me since I've only barely even got the first sentence of my intro done right now. Goshdarnit, if I could just get the intro done I think I could finish the paper. It's going to be a looong night. I've also got a calc problem set to finish before 1 tomorrow, but I'm significantly less worried about that because during all my panicking about this paper last night I did a whole lot of studying for calc and I think I didn't do too badly on the test this morning. Of course, I studied from 6am until ten so I better freakin' have done well. I didn't get the extension on my paper this morning until 8:53... and it was due at 9. So needless to say I skipped Hum. For quite awhile this morning I was also entertaining the thought of dropping Hum, but I'm kind of glad I won't have to. I just hope I have enough time tonight to get a good start on my calc, get at least 3/4 of the way through this paper, and get my reading for Civ done. I hate how everything piles up for the end of the week. I'd much rather have my papers due earlier in the week. Then I wouldn't be so tempted to put them off, and if I did there wouldn't be problem sets and other such things in the way.
