I tutor kids, privately and in groups, so when I answer the phone, there's usually four or five children shouting things at me like, "Is 37 minus 9 28?" "What's a multiple?" "CAN I HAVE MARKERS?"
I write everything down, otherwise it's gone FOREVER.
(They're always amused when I hang up on people; I DO NOT deal with telemarketers.)
