Today actuall went rather quickly.. it would've been nicer if I could've taken my break a bit later in the day.. I don't like still having 4 hours left when I'm done with my break. I also need to remember to start bringing a book or something to read while I'm on break. It's so boring to just sit in the hallway for a half-hour. I managed to hurt myself again today... I got two papercuts from the stupid little boxes that the kids meals come in. Those things are really freaking evil. Then, once it's all sensative and bleeding a little bit, all the salt around gets into it. Ugh, does that hurt! My poor hands are in such horrible shape now. They're always burnt or scrated or dried out. And I've broken almost all of my nails now, too. I'll be so happy once I'm off to college and the only thing I have to worry about hurting my hands is writer's cramp (which I'll probably get a lot of).

The only even vaguely interesting thing at work today was the pseudo-Jehova's Witness that came in and tried to get donations from everyone that worked there. She was a Unitarian Russian missionary, and she was rather hard to understand. I'm actually surprised that she noticed me. If I'd finished filling the napkins just a second faster and gone back into the kitchen, I would've escaped! We don't get as many weird people as I'd like, though... not nearly enough to keep things interesting. The only real weird person we've had in was this old veteran that analyzed people's handwriting. But he's nothing compared to all the insane people my mom has at work - including the pathological liar that just got arrested for forgery.

Someone actually spent more than fifty dollars on food today. I wanted to just say "here... I'll at least give you the cheese for free" (there was $4 of cheese in this order), but once again my managers were close-by. Darn them. The lady was very, very nice to me.. didn't blame me for the prices at all, which made me feel really guilty about the prices even though they're not my fault. I think she bought two large nachos ($6 each), 2 small pretzels with cheese ($5.50 each), and a large pretzel with cheese ($7), a medium popcorn ($4.25), three small drinks ($3.25 each), a large drink ($3.75), and Cookie Dough Bites ($3). Someone else would have to check my math, but that's about $52.75, I think. Is that not horrible. All together, that probably cost the theatre less than $10, 11.25 or so if you count the "labour time" I put into it. I can't wait to get a better job somewhere... I hope the economy gets better soon.

At the end of the day today, we had to stock all the candy in the last three drawers (that we never use). 20 bags of skittles, 10 of everything else. I guess there's some sort of inventory coming up. It was like some sort of bizarre M&Ms/Mars Noah's Ark. And of course, I was thinking that as I was loading the drawers up, so I got Two of a Kind stuck in my head (Curse you Guster!).

I am now on Green Day's Nimrod in my ongoing battle to listen to all of my CDs... I actually enjoyed the Cherry Poppin' Daddies CD this time around, it was a lot jazzier than I remembered it being. Maybe someone strange replaced it with something else in the middle of the night when I wasn't paying attention.

I can't believe that there are over a million people on LiveJournal... That's insane. The whole thing is such a bizarre idea, anyway. It's almost based on the premise that other people are going to want to read about your boring daily life (heh... likely). Then there are those that write everything down like it's going to be private, even though they're posting it on the internet.. not that it's too likely that, out of the millions online, that someone is going to be reading their journal.

Umm... yeah, I think I'm just about out of things to say.
