So, sealing myself away in this soul-sucking library and leaving gaim closed has actually sorted of helped. Hooray for the aescetic ideal! (Well, not really. It's killing me!!) See, I've done nothing the past two days, really. I mean, I've added about 20-some new pics to the mood theme. But that doesn't count for much of anything since it's not academic at all. But I've got a good two pages of notes for my Sosc paper, and they point towards a fairly good thesis. I feel lazy using a book from this quarter as my third, but no one else covers my point as well as Mill, so we're just going to have to deal with that. Yay.
Err... I think the only point of this post was so that I could waste a little bit more time before going to get something to eat. I'm starving, and I'm out of things to type for Sosc until I go back to the dorm and find my book. Maybe if I'm lucky I'll get just as much work done on my Tolkien final today, too. My goals for this weekend are: tomorrow, have two pages of my Sosc paper done. At least. And also have Tolkien half-done on the fiction side, or at least properly outlined with a good start on the analysis side. Sunday finish up at least the quotes on Sosc and get to sixish pages, have fiction part of Tolkien entirely done. Monday do last-minute work on Sosc and turn it in, start on the analysis bit of the Tolkien paper. Tuesday work like heck cleaning up the Tolkien project and turn it in at 5, then start packing. Wednesday have everything in order, send the things that need to go home, look over the reading for Critical Perspectives and figure out what we're writing on. Thursday nose-to-book on Crit-pers paper. Friday last of packing, storing, most expensive lunch ever (not in that order). And then home! Hooome! I'm actually happy, even though I'm going to be bored out of my mind. I won't have school work to worry about. And that will make me happy, at least for a few weeks. At this rate, though, I'm really not going to be looking forward to next year. Alas.
