You know what really hurts?? Tequila in an open wound. Stupid antiseptic! Way to go, human race. Let's imbibe antiseptics! Gosh darn every one of them. And this debauchery goes on in my room now! There is a bottle of tequila and four shot glasses directly behind me. The crap smells like "feet in the woods" as my roomie put it... I suppose that's about right. Maybe like it was made from rotting leaves. It wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't gotten it all over the freaking floor!

So... yeah. heheh. They've all gone upstairs now, so I'm stuck down here to try and figure out something to do. I kind of want to go to sleep, but it's not worth it because in about half an hour they're going to be back down here, and much louder this time. Darn them all for screwing up my sleep schedule so freaking much. I'm never going to get back on now. Maybe I'll start at my French homework, and my Hum and whatnot. Plan out my paper a bit (but no... no, we all know I won't do that). Actually, I really absolutely should get a bit of a start on my paper, because a draft is due Friday, and I'm not going to have a whole lot of time to do it during the week. Darn procrastination.

Went downtown today to go shopping. A lot of it involved standing around in trendy stores being lost, but at the end I did manage to find myself a new hat and gloves (darn the bus drivers for having no lost and found!) and suspenders! Plain black this time, and I can wear them with more than one pair of pants. Suspenders raise the coolness level of any article of clothing tenfold! I'm not sure why I have this obsession with suspenders right now... but yaaay suspenders!

So, what did I learn today in this ivy-covered pillar of learning? How to roll a cigarette! Yaay me. Still don't know how to smoke, but that's probably a very good thing, non?

OK, so I feel like complete crap this morning. Why? Because the world hates me on weekends, that's why. The world also likes to play video games until 3, at which point you're so exhausted that you can't even bother to tell them to go away. At least it looks like the guy who passed out on our floor last night got up and left. That actually sounds worse than it is... but he was the first one asleep, and I was jealous. Usually if I'm up past 2:30 or so, there's basically no hope of me going to sleep. So then I got up at like, 9:30 today to go to track, and I decided to go online for a bit. I crawled out of bed, felt awful, got my computer, sat back down, and didn't even realize that I fell asleep again until I got up at 11... which was when I was supposed to be at track, and since it's Sunday, and the buses run the most idiotic schedules ever conceived, I'm not going to bother. And that's sad, because it'll be the third practice in a row that I've missed. My mom says my symptoms sound like the flu, though, so maybe that'll be my excuse. Gosh-darn why am I always sick on Sunday? I'd be willing to put up a goodly-sized bet that none of my friends that were drinking last night will feel bad at all today. What the heck?

If I had known that people would keep me up so late, I would've just joined in on the 24-hour drawing stuff. Except that I can't draw, and I was shopping for a huge portion of the in-between time.

So, when I fell asleep again I had this absolutely bizarre dream. I'm never going to be able to piece the whole thing together in order, but I'm going to try to get down the basic idea. We've already established that I didn't realize that I had fallen asleep again, so of course this made the dream extra-weird. Everyone kept me up until about 8 in the morning, so I basically decided that I should just stay up and go to track, because going to sleep and getting up again would probably just make me more tired. Then I was in this strange library-type room with this one friend that I've actually never met, and she gave me a shot of this weird strawberry flavoured liquor. I went over and sat down on the bed (why there was a bed in this library, I have no idea). Next thing I remember, I've gone to track, and somehow ended up in this strange grassy football field kind of place, and I'm talking to some random person about getting to class, or getting certain classes, or something of the like. It was all sunny and bright out. Then I went inside this strange grey stone gothic-type building, and I was trying to get to class again. I ended up with two random friends (and I have no idea who they were now) in this strange music theory-type class, where the instructor was trying to play the piano, and some random guy in the class kept telling him how, and which chords to play. Afterwards, I was walking around talking to this guy, and all of a sudden it was this video game, and I was supposed to move this bird (or maybe it was a mushroom, or a person) around in this old castle thing. I moved it off to the side into a different room, and found this "Iago disguise" that allowed me to fly around without Bowser noticing, but he kept talking to you, so you couldn't get away when you were wearing it. And that's all I can remember. woo

So freaking tired, but I will not let myself go back to sleep. Maybe I'll take something for my headache.
