Arrr! Today has been a very long day. So long, in fact, that I have missed an entire "day" of logging. Oh horror of horrors!!! Who decided that days change at midnight, hmm? I'm not done with it yet! Come back here, you!
As you can see, I'm a bit hyper now. I just got back from bowling and ice cream. We played with weird names... I scored a 126 as Harry Potter, a 53 as Peblo the Purple Porpoise, and a 68 as Mrs. Wonderful. I never, ever picked my own name, just to crush any bizarre suspicion. I need to stop spending so much money. 15.60 for my New York Pictures, 23 for bowling and ice cream, and that's just today. Over the past month, I can't imagine how much I've spent. Then, there's the stupid fees the bank keeps charging me on my savings account, even though I'm NOT ALLOWED TO WITHDRAW ANYTHING. It's a custodial account thing, and they say they won't let me having anything from it until I'm 21. This is the bank, not my parents. It has about 400 dollars in it, and they're taking out 4 dollars a month... if they keep doing that, there won't be much of it left by the time I turn 21. What the heck, it's not like I'm a freaking minor anymore! .... uhhh, yeah, I think I'm done ranting about that now.
Today was a rather weird day at work. It wasn't bad though, which is good. I'm still a bit mad that I have to work tomorrow night, and I couldn't find anyone to trade days with me. Blasted theatre. Most of today was spent trying to clean out the Supremely Disgusting Butter Machine and its sidekick One-Inch Thick Layer of Caked-On Burned Butter Substitute That is Absolutely Yucky. It took about the entire shift (11-6). We put everything in that thing to cut through the "buttery topping" but nothing would do the work. While we were doing this, I also noticed that I've been spelling Steel Bright wrong. Who would've guessed that they actually spelled it right?? That never happens on products, does it? Or maybe this is the counter-reaction to all those people that spell things wrong. It rained all day... the first time that it has while I've been working. Usually I get the nice sunny days.. so we actually kept busy this time. There was also a strange accident in the parking lot, where someone just "didn't see the pole." I won't try to contemplate that too much, because the poles in the parking lot are so obvious I don't know how you could miss them. Of course, it was all grey and rainy and such, I suppose that's some kind of an excuse.
I had another weird dream last night. I was down on some river with my sister and a few other people, and I was taking them to see my favourite part of it, that had this really pretty waterfall and a nice little calm part to swim in, but when we got there, there were all kinds of tourist people floating around on inner tubes, and there was a giant black curtain that went back and forth. We got out of the lake and there was this big trailer thing covered in black fabric, and it was full of construction workers, working on the next addition to an amusement park they were building there. There were a bunch of candy dispensers, so I bought some and then I went home. Only my home was my old one in Youngstown, and I was standing in front of all my dad's old racing trophy's and this guy proposed to me and I accepted. It was bizarre, if only for the guy proposing to me part.
I think this post just feels like it's longer than usual, and it actually rather short. But I'll just deal with that, and get on with checking all my various other things online before I come back and act pathetic about everything.
