I try so hard to not just type la la la in the subject, but really that's all I ever feel like typing. What sort of subject is there to anything I write on here? Work was boring yet again today. It was just... there. I got to leave an hour early, and only lost a half-hour's pay, since I didn't take a break early. It was nice, but it would've been nicer if I hadn't decided (in all my infinite wisdom) to take my sister to see SpyKids. Ugh. You know, I think I'm going to start rating these movies, just because I can. Here is my review of Spy Kids:
Evil Review Number 1 - Spy Kids 3D Game Over
Why did they ever make this movie? Why?? To answer my own question: because 3D is fun. 3D is actually fun even when the movie itself is horrible. There is no character development, which is excusable for the main characters since this is the third movie in a series of... movies. Supposedly the last one. You'd think that they'd take into account that there would be some weirdos, like myself, that just came to see it because of their interesting gimmick. But no. Not even the new characters have any development, and it's annoying. Actually, the glasses are a bit annoying too, they gave me a headache. The only character development in the entire thing is to set up why one character won't just give up to Juni (strange name) in a fight. And then there were the random celebrities (took me until the second time to spot Elijah Wood). I'm no good at identifying celebrities, so I sit there and wonder who on earth they are. I'm dense, don't distract me like that!
Overall, I give this movie Three Stale Fish and Some Orange Peels. Yay!
Ummm... Yeah, maybe I should consider some more sleep. Next time on Never Any Subject (NAS), we'll review Charlie's Angels Full Throttle, Finding Nemo, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, and talk about how Pirates of the Caribbean fares after a third viewing with your obsessive mother.
